Year-end Giveaway 2024 Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 This giveaway (“Contest”) is organised by BenSEA Paint Pte Ltd (“Benjamin Moore") and is open to all Singaporean residents with an address in Singapore, above the age of 18.
1.2 Participants must complete all the stated rules on their social media channel to indicate their participation in the Contest.
2. Contest Period
2.1 The Contest starts on 9 December 2024, 10:00AM SGT and ends on 20 December 2024, 11:59PM SGT. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered. Winner will be announced on 23 December 2024.
3. How to Participate
3.1 To enter the Contest, participants must follow @benjaminmooresingapore, @drapesstudio, and @thehappyplace_sg, comment why they want the makeover and tag 2 friends in the comments and share the post on their Instagram story (public accounts only).
4. Winner Selection and Announcement
4.1 One winner be selected by Benjamin Moore based on the following criteria:
  • All requirements for an entry are met
  • Random selection
4.2 The winner of the giveaway will be notified via Instagram Direct Messaging. If the winner does not respond within two days of notification, Benjamin Moore reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
4.3 The winner will be announced on 23 December 2024 on @benjaminmooresingapore's Instagram Stories and contacted through Direct Message (DM).
4.4 The winner must have an existing living room eligible for the makeover and cannot defer or reserve the prize for future use.
4.5 The winner agrees to the use of their entry, name/handle and/or image (as may be applicable) in announcing the Contest winner, and for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes connected to the Contest without payment or compensation.
5. Prize
5.1 Validity of prize redemption is one month and expires 23 Jan 2024.
5.2 The winner will receive services or products from Benjamin Moore, Drapes Studio, and The Happy Place capped at $1,500 each.
5.3 Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. General Rules
6.1 Benjamin Moore reserves the right to change, amend or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice. Benjamin Moore further reserves the right, without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, suspend or in any other way cease the Contest at any time without prior notice.
6.2 All decisions made by Benjamin Moore in relation to the Contest are final and no enquiries, appeals, verbal or written or any other correspondence will be entertained. The Participants agree to accept and abide by all decisions made by Benjamin Moore.
6.3 The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
7. Privacy
7.1 By entering the Contest, participants agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Contest.
7.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes without consent.
