Before we start painting, a site inspection is a must to examine the current condition of your home. Our project manager will also advise you of things to look out for such as water leakage or mouldy walls.

The good news is, this site visit is completely obligation-free.

Receive a Non-Obligatory Quote

Based on the discussion with your project manager, you will receive a customised quotation that fits your requirements.

At this point, you are free to choose whether to accept it and fix a date for the painting job, or take your time for consideration.

Tailored Colour Advice

Once your painting date is fixed, it is time to lock in your colour choices with your dedicated project manager, who will provide recommendations based on your design preference.

Mix Paint + Swab Test

Do you notice anything on this colour chip?

Before we send out any paint, we do a swab test on a colour chip to make sure that the colour is a 100% match. That’s how we maintain our track record of zero complaints over colour inaccuracy!

Full Protection For Your Home

Our preparation involves moving your furniture and fixtures with delicate care and wrapping them up in accordance with strict guidelines.

We use only quality plastic coverings for the furniture and surfaces we cover. And yes, that includes the floor!

Surface Preparation & Painting

We plan each day’s work carefully, and our painters will only start on the areas that can be completed within the same day to minimise disruption to your home.

The painting process involves:

  • Wall preparation by filling up hairline cracks, nail holes and priming (if necessary)

  • Sanding down rough spots to ensure proper adhesion

  • Applying a minimum of 2 coats of the Benjamin Moore paint colour of your choice

Clean-up and Reinstate Furniture

At the end of each workday, we carefully clean the work area, remove all waste and materials, and reinstate your furniture so your home is left neat, tidy and ready to use.

Handover Process

The handover involves walking through the house with you. We inspect the painted surfaces and make sure the colour is perfect and everything is executed up to expectation.

If there is any spot that is missed, we will touch up or rectify immediately on the spot.

Warranty

All our painting jobs come with a 6-month warranty, which will be extended to 24 months with add-on sealer coat.

This warranty covers peeling, flaking and blistering of paints from the surface.

Is there any warranty?

Yes. All our painting jobs come with a 6-month warranty, which will be extended to 24 months with add-on sealer coat.
What surfaces can you paint on with Benjamin Moore paints?

We have different product lines that are suitable for different surfaces:

Do I have to leave the house/move out/find a hotel during the painting?

Absolutely not. We only cover, prepare and paint the areas that we can work on and finish that same day. Our painters make sure the surrounding furniture is restored to its original state and that no trash is left behind at the end of the day.
What if my walls have some hairline cracks and nail holes?

All these will be plastered before painting with no additional charges.
How long will you take to paint my home?

It typically takes 2 days for us to paint your HDB/condo unit. Landed/Commercial properties will naturally take longer, depending on the scope. The duration also depends on the condition of your walls and if other prep work is required.
Can I still engage you even if I am working with an interior designer?

Yes, you can. Kindly work out the renovation schedule with your interior designer and simply let us know which day you require us to go down for painting.
Can I buy your paint and DIY?

Yes, you can purchase our paints anytime by coming down to our retail store or online. Our paints are designed for smooth flow and levelling for an easy application process.
How long does your paint last?

All our interior paint product lines are made to withstand the test of time. For example, our Aura series can resist fading and stay true to colour for up to 10 years.
